This reminds me of the two incredible books that daily affect the way i interact with people. Socrates Cafe by Christopher Phillips and Questioning Evangelism by Randy Newman (no, not that Randy Newman).

Yes that second book is a religious book. Let’s pause for a second and consider how funny it is that he shares a name with a very popular singer (whose music i absolutely love) who is, generally, outspoken against faith.

Both these books were instrumental in my life because they taught me that seeking and asking the right question is far more important than finding and telling the right answer.
